Cured-In-Place-Pipe Repair (CIPP)

Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) is a type of drainage or sewer repair that can be used to reduce the inconvenience, risk and expense associated with replacing damaged areas of a pipe.

This “trench-less” or ‘no dig’ or technology allows us to fix relatively minor defects in a length of sewer or drain, such as minor tree root ingress, small cracks or unstable joints, without having to dig up any part of your pipework. The finished result is a much cheaper and faster fix that reduces the disruption and inconvenience for your home or business.

At PJC DrainMasters LTD, our experienced engineers identify and diagnose the problem before providing the most cost-effective sewer service. Whatever the cause of the issue, we have the expertise and specialist equipment to resolve it quickly and professionally while minimising the risks.

For localised sewer repairs, we normally use a process called Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) patch lining. That uses a shorter length of CIPP liner to repair a small section of a longer pipe.

How much does (CIPP) Repairs Cost?

Repairs using our latest CIPP technology are very competitively-priced, though it is not possible to give a fixed figure because each project has to be tailored to the individual application. The contextual factors will include the overall condition and type of pipe, the size, cure method, equipment required, location, accessibility, etc. Whatever the specification, we ensure that the repair reflects your needs and budget.

FAQ’s

View some of our most frequently asked questions and answers.

How often should i maintain my sewer system?

As a solid preventative measure, sewer lines should be cleaned once every eighteen to twenty-four months. If your home has been experiencing frequent problems with your sewer lines, it is recommended that you contact us to arrange a CCTV Drainage Survey.

Does "Drain Jetting" remove debris from my drainage system?

Our high powered pressure jets soften and emulsify blockages, loosen hard stuck on debris and even break through tree roots. We also have commercial jet units that can pump water at up to 4000 psi – more than enough to remove any type of blockage.

Do you offer Gully Cleaning services?

Blockages and debris can be removed from gullies to reduce the risk of leaks, odours and a backup of wastewater in your property.

What is involved in your Drain Cleaning service?

The combination of water pressure and volume delivers a clean that cannot be achieved by other means. It removes grease, sludge and limescale in pipes to restore them to a like-new condition.

Do you offer a Septic tank cleaning and maintenance service?

At PJC DrainMasters LTD We use high-pressure jets to keep your pipework, tanks and soakaways clean and ensure your septic tank is in an excellent working condition.
